Master Terms of Service & SLAs
Welcome to Crazzy Coders! These enforceable commercial conditions outline the rules, architectural obligations, and operational service guarantees governing all custom software engagements, Next.js & Node.js enterprise deployments, AI integrations, and consultancy services contracted with Crazzy Coders.
1. Commercial Engagement & Architectural Contracts
By initiating formal transmission of contracting instructions, executing a Master Services Agreement (MSA), or making payments for engineering sprints, You ("Client", "Customer", or "Partner") accept and enter into a binding covenant with Crazzy Coders("Company", "We", or "Us").
- Engineering Scope: All architectural milestones, Generative AI fine-tuning metrics, Python microservices delivery timetables, and DevOps automation blueprints shall be defined in specific, mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
- Service Modalities: Consulting advice, bespoke code synthesis, cloud cluster provisioning, and code security audits represent professional technical labor and are governed exclusively by these terms unless supervened by an authenticated, executive-signed contract.
2. Complete Intellectual Property (IP) & Code License
We pride ourselves on developer-friendly intellectual property governance designed for absolute enterprise confidence and security:
- ✦100% Client Exclusive Ownership: Upon formal acceptance of deliverables and full financial settlement of agreed contracting milestones, the Client receives 100% exclusive copyright ownership over all custom-written codebases, Next.js and Node.js web components, Python architecture engines, and fine-tuned AI LLM weights created under the contract.
- ✦Company License Reservation: Crazzy Coders retains ownership solely over pre-existing internal utility boilerplates and generalized MIT-licensed open-source framework integrations (e.g., standard Next.js distributions), which are perpetually sub-licensed to the Client for unrestricted commercial deployment.
- ✦Pre-Settlement Protection: Prior to milestone payment clearance, prototype code previews hosted on our internal staging servers may not be copied, decompiled, or sub-licensed without written executive authorization.
3. Hyperlinking & Alliance Representation
We welcome trusted corporate networks and media authorities to reference our engineering ecosystem. The following organizations may hyperlink to our public Command Center without prior written approval:

- ✓Major academic universities and recognized AI research consortiums.
- ✓Reputed search engine indexers and global technology news publications.
Approved links must remain contextually factual and must not falsely imply unauthorized sponsorship or endorsement. Using Crazzy Coders proprietary trademark vectors or specialized 3D animations for commercial resale requires a signed branding license agreement.
4. iFrames, Visual Integrity & Client Liability
Without express written permission, third parties are strictly prohibited from embedding visual frames (iFrames) around our webpages or applying stylesheet manipulations that alter the intended dark mode glassmorphism aesthetics and premium visual presentation of our platform.
5. Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Warranty
Every production system deployed by Crazzy Coders is backed by rigorous architectural excellence and measurable operational guarantees:

Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 72 hours in advance during off-peak windows.
